About Us
Rail Europe is a joint venture between the French and Swiss National Railways (SNCF & SBB). We are in charge of the sales and promotion of European rail tickets and passes in Asia, Australasia, Africa and South America.
Rail Europe does not sell directly to the end-consumer, but has appointed 66 wholesalers (General Sales Agents) throughout the world who promote and sell our products on every market. All these companies are equipped with one of our EURONET computer terminals. Euronet is the number one system for issuing European train tickets and online reservations overseas. Our agents guarantee a high level of service which is customised and delivered locally to all our customers worldwide.
Product Range
Rail Europe offers the greatest selection of European rail products, ranging from the famous Eurailpass that enables travellers to discover up to 17 different countries, to a large variety of National and Regional Passes for travellers wishing to concentrate on one or two countries .
We also offer point to point tickets and train journey reservations for clients going from one European city to another. Eurostar (the Channel Tunnel train ) and Thalys ( the high-speed train running from Paris to Brussels, Amsterdam and Cologne) are but two examples of the products in this range.
In addition to the Swiss Federal Railways and the French National Railways, our partners include GIE Eurail, Eurostar, ACP (Britrail), and the National Railways of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

Could anyone help me please. I was looking up the times for the fast train going from Madrid to Segovia but the renke website only displays the regional trains. Does this mean the fast train isn’t running yet?
Thanks in advance.

Dear John,
You need to change at Paris. You can maybe go there by taking only regioanl trains but for sure you will have much more than one change!
Best regards,
Rail Europe Team

My Eurail map shows primary (ie non-TGV)) lines between Lille and Metz, either viaReims or Charlville-Mezier, but every enquiry I make routes me through Paris. I am travelling with a bicycle this fall and do NOT want to switch stations in Paris again (I did it on foot last year and it was no fun).
Can you please advise.
Sincerely, John Shelbourn

Will be arriving in Madrid on Oct 16 2007. Which would be the easiest for me: the train or a bus in relationship to the airport to get to Toledo. Thank you

With the hotel train Elipsos, you leave Paris at 8h32PM and arrive at Barcelona the day after at 8h24AM. For more information about Elipsos, just log onto www.elipsos.com.
Regarding the cost, you should contact your travel agent. You can find a complete list of our accredited sales agents on www.raileurope.fr/wheretobuy.
Hope this helps
